Injustice to Writing

I was shocked when i saw the movie 3 idiots & i found no mention of Chetan Bhagat at all. The guy who made India read english novels, based on his novel the movie was being made and no acknowledgement to this guy at all. Really shocking & i would say it kills the spirit of a man who writes creatively.

This is a clear injustice not only to a man like Chetan Bhagat but also to all those who are aspiring to be creative writers & wanted to become one. I wish if tomorrow my book comes to the stand & it gets so popular that someone from Bollywood wants to make a movie on it. I will fuck his happiness, if he refuses or deceits me on acknowleding my work.

I wish even Chetan gets justice to his writing.

All is Well

Wow, what a day for a person like me, never bunked a class in my entire college life, not even in Masters. But today for this amazingly amazing movie, 3 Idiots, I bunked my office. Feeling so happy & thinking why the fuck i did not do all those things in my college life and enjoyed life like any other Ranchoo of the movie.

Today my mantra is All is Well, you got to enjoy life & take everything lightly, the more you take tensions the more worse it will become for you. So why not to say to yourself like in this movie "All is Well".

Suit days are here again

Well as I exoected I am back in town with all suited-booted to attend a client meeting after a long-long time. A long time indeed, the last time I was suited and all geared up was for a negotiation & a financial close in 2006-07. That was the beginning & this is also the beginning after almost a year's stint with a law firm.

Thanks to my earlier Boss (whom i always used to call Boss) for the confidence that he gave me, a true mentor. I am quite confident & hopeful of making it to the top of the legal echeleons.

Jack & Jill Went up the Hill

November 9th, I was on my way to Melbourne via Dubai, my first flight was from New Delhi to Dubai. I was sitting near the boarding gate, where passengers were waiting for the boarding. I saw this girl, who was reading Shataram,looked Indian to me going by her looks. Well I thought may be she will sit near to me in the plane. And boom there she was sitting right next to me in the plane. I began the conversation until then I was kind of sure she was an Indian. But then when she spoke in an accent that sounded South African, I was surprised. Anyways I told her about the book, that it is a lovely book to read and then she began and never stopped chatting with me.

It was awesome taking to her and then we drank red wine and it went on and on and we kept laughing and chatting about our life experiences. I must say that day I made another wonderful friend.

Five Point Someone

Ok, here is the story of someone who I see most of the time while commuting in the train. I see her reading a novel and I wondered why she reads it a loud. Well I thought of telling her once but then did not see her after that. Today I saw her but without that novel, I looked at her, she looked at me (though in a style by bringing her long hairs back), then nothing. I again thought I am sure gonna tell her once. And yes the best part, she is stunningly beautiful.

My Book

Yesterday I completed the chapter on the best moments of my life. I felt good and bad as it made me go back to all that has happened back then. Kind of of fun too. And yes the best part i finally removed the picture hanging on my wall. Wraapping it up nicely to give it to somebody to whom it really belonged. I really wish to give my book to the same person who really had played a great role in transforming me in to a different person.

Pursuit of Happiness

Life always has two sides to it, like two sides of a coin, we can be happy one moment and sad the other moment. Believe it or not it happens to me always. Like today, when i was a bit sad on recieving what i deserved and was waiting for it for the couple of days. I just got it, somebody came to me when i was sitting alone and said like an angel, 'I know you really deserved that and I can see that you will have it' and the next moment that angel's words became a reality for me. So, there is a place where people who support or rather care for you are the ones who does not belong to that stratum where you belong. Well at least people can learn from them a lot.

Diwali Celebrations

Wow What a Diwali it was, Awesome,I just returned from my hometown, celebrations galore. It was so much fun celebrating the festival of lights with friends & family after a year's time. A great break from work and the usual routine. The best part was when everybody kept telling me that I look much much younger & handsome than i used to be & then came the complement of the year, when somebody told me that i am just a year or a two elder than my younger sibling, who infact is 11 years younger than me.

All in all a great Diwali.

My Nineth Publication

Today i recieved another of mine highly academically oriented publication on Derivatives. I am very happy that my Article got published with all the super wizards of US academia. I am glad on eveb recieving an appreciation from the people who enver ever before bothered to appreciate my efforts in this area.

My first Book

It has a perosnal touch, a professional touch & to learn more on it...keep following my blog!!! Its gonna be a 'legend....wait for it...ary' book!! An awesome account of an awesomely inspired guy!!
